ADMINISTERING THE SITE AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW
Paypro may disclose your personally identifiable information if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, or other legal process. Paypro may also disclose information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Use or to protect the safety of our users and the public. In addition, Paypro may disclose or access information for administrative and other purposes that we believe are necessary to develop, maintain and improve our products and services.

INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
We collect information in several ways from different parts of our web site. Some personal information is gathered when you register. For example, during registration, we might ask for your e-mail address, phone number and shipping address. The more information you provide, the better we are able to customize your online experience, and you will be able to take full advantage of the Paypro site's many offerings. In addition, certain software programs automatically collect information from and about you when you access our site.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION
As a general rule, we will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information. Paypro does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others.

However, we may share aggregate information about our users with third parties.

We also use and/or disclose the information in the performance of the services we provide for employers, such as payroll and/or retirement, and in utilizing third parties to perform certain tasks, such as background checks run by private investigators.

THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS
Some of our services are offered in conjunction with third party software developers. These third party software developers are upstanding companies that have helped develop products and services for Paypro. We do not, however, own these companies and we cannot speak for them on privacy issues.

WHAT ARE COOKIES AND HOW DOES PAYPRO USE THEM?
As a standard practice, Paypro assigns a random number to each user for anonymously tracking content preferences and traffic patterns. This random number is kept in a file on your computer called a "cookie." Paypro uses cookies to track user entries in the Paypro (as well as other) contests and promotions. Without cookies, we could not track your entries. Cookies also allow Paypro to keep track of how often users are using specific areas of our site. Paypro does not require users to accept cookies in order to enjoy the site. You can set your browser to reject cookies, or to notify you when Paypro or another company sends you a cookie. If you have questions about how to change your browser's "cookie" settings, please contact the software manufacturer. You should be aware, however, that some areas of Paypro’s site will be significantly slower, or may not function at all, if cookies are disabled.
